Restitching

Here we opened up the underneath of a castle where the stitching had stretched on the bed and re-stitched. All work was carried out internally.

Blower Extension

Here we extended a blower tube on an open section of an assault course to 2.5m to comply with BS EN 14960.

Blower Extension

Here we extended two blower tubes on an open inflatable to make them compliant with BS EN 14960.

Replace Steps

Here we replaced some old steps on an assault course slide with some high density waterproof foam. This reduced unnecessary entrapment points and the use of plastic handles improved the look of the inflatable as well as making it safer.

Testing Equipment

Equipment used to annually test equipment to BS EN 14960 to comply with Health & Safety guidelines and insurance requirements.

Webbing

Adding webbing to reduce size of entrapment points so that inflatable would pass annual test.

Replace D Ring

Here we replaced the D Ring on an anchor point.

Repair Example

Here we had to repair the zip and add an additional blower tube and four anchor pHere we opened up the underneath of an inflatable to locate a hole in webbed area. Stitched internally and re-sealed. repair unnoticeable as you can see in last photo above.

Here we measured, cut and stitched in shower cover making the castle suitable for adults and children.
