All our staff are fully trained and will advise you on all safety aspects. We are also covered by public liabilities insurance for £2 million. Please ensure you have read our Hire Terms.   Unpredictable Weather   If weather conditions are unpredictable on the day of your booking, we will telephone you that morning and confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the booking or cancel and rearrange for a future date at no additional cost. If you wish to go ahead with the booking in the rain a £20.00 non refundable cleaning charge will be added.    Kent Weather Forecast, United Kingdom Hire Terms & Disclaimer Hire Terms for Bouncy Castles   It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring the Bouncing Castle to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the Inflatable.   Please ensure that the following Safety Instructions are followed: This unit has an age limit of (owner to specify years). Please ensure no-one over this age uses the equipment. No adults are to use the Bouncy Castle unless specified. No food, drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the Bouncy Castle, which will avoid choking and mess. (Please note if the Inflatable is collected in a dirty condition then the person hiring it will incur a cleaning charge). All shoes, glasses, jewellery and badges must be removed before using the Bouncy Castle. No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the Bouncy Castle. No smoking or barbeques near the Bouncy Castle. Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is dangerous and must not be allowed. A responsible Adult must supervise the Bouncy Castle at all times. Always ensure that the Bouncy Castle is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of children using it. Try to avoid large and small children from using it at the same time. Always ensure that children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others. If the Bouncy Castle is not being used for any part of the day, please switch the blower off at the mains. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as a child could easily bounce off the inflatable and get hurt. The step is there to assist users in getting on or off! Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems is allowed on the Bouncy Castle as indeed any child who is feeling unwell. Do not allow anyone to be on the Bouncy Castle during inflation or deflation as this is dangerous. No pets, toys or sharp instruments to be allowed on or near the Bouncy Castle. Please ensure that children are not attempting somersaults, are clothed appropriately and that nothing can fall out of their pockets. Ensure that an area of 6 feet (2 metres) around the unit is completely clear. The Bouncy Castle should not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area. If no shower cover is fitted and in the event of rain, the unit should not be used. In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the Bouncy Castle be switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel. In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately and make sure the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone or something has not blown onto and is obstructing the blower. In the event that it overheats, or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains, then switch it back on again 1 or 2 minutes later, and it should restart. If it does not, inform us straight away. Hire Terms for Jacuzzi Hire When hiring the Jacuzzi please ensure that it is covered with lid fastened when there’s children present and not in use. Ensure children are supervised at all times when using the Jacuzzi. When using Jacuzzi ensure there are no mains electrical appliances which could accidentally fall in such as radios, hairdryers etc. We recommend anyone with any skin problems such as eczema or even sensitive skin, open cuts etc,don’t use the Jacuzzi as the chemicals in the water may irritate them. Ensure any sharp objects such as jewellery which could puncture the Jacuzzi are removed before entering. Insure there is no smoking in or around Jacuzzi. If any unusual sounds or problems with the Jacuzzi occur switch of at mains and contact Affordable Bouncy Castles immediately. Hire Terms for Crazy Golf Ensure that children using this equipment are supervised at all times by a responsible adult. Ensure that no one stands on the Grass/Boards as this could cause damage to either the board or the Artificial Grass. Ensure that any golf clubs/balls are put somewhere safe when equipment is not in used. Ensure that there is no food or drink consumed near the individual holes which could damage the equipment. Ensure the removable obstacles are not moved, from the position as this could cause damage, loss or injury. Ensure any adult or child acting irresponsible with a golf club is removed from play as this could result in an injury occurring. Hire Terms for Sumo Suits / Kangaroo Boxing Equipment Ensure whilst children are playing with this equipment they are supervised at all time by a responsible adult. Ensure that no one with any previous back or neck injuries or any recent broken bones uses this equipment at any time. Ensure the suits are worn correctly at all times. You will be instructed on the day of hire by a member of staff at Affordable Bouncy Castles of the correct way to put on equipment. Always ensure neck braces and safety hats are correctly worn at all times! Ensure that any persons acting in a dangerous manner are removed from play this includes smothering opponents faces, fighting etc, and ensure that wrestling/boxing only takes place on safety mats provided and once an opponent has been pushed of the mat the wrestling stops. Ensure no objects are placed around safety mat as opponents could land on them thus injuring themselves. Ensure all onlookers are at a safe distance at all times. Ensure all sharp objects such as ear rings, rings, hairclips, glass are removed before battle as this could result in injury, damage or loss. Ensure all shoes are removed before battle and persons watching reframe from walking on the mats wearing shoes as this could result in damage to the equipment. No smoking whilst wearing or using this equipment. No eating or drinking on the mats provided or whilst using equipment. A cleaning charged might be applied as a result. Hire Terms for Soft Play Ensure a responsible adult supervises this equipment when being used. Ensure that toddlers do not place any of the softplay equipment/matting in their mouths at any time as this could result in injury  and/or damage to the equipment. Ensure toddlers remain on safety mat provided when using the soft play equipment. Ensure that no food or drink is consumed around this equipment. A cleaning charge will be applied if the equipment is returned soiled. Bouncy Castle Disclaimer Please note that all persons using this Bouncy Castle or any other equipment hired from Affordable Bouncy Castles do so at their own risk and therefore Affordable Bouncy Castles cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using their equipment. By signing this Disclaimer, I the hirer accept sole responsibility for the safety of persons using this equipment and agree to ensure it is supervised at all times by either myself or a responsible adult over the age of 18 whilst the equipment is being used and by signing this form I accept full liability for any injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. I confirm I have read and will adhere to all the Hire Agreement Terms & Conditions. By signing this form I agree that the equipment I have hired is clean, dry and undamaged and therefore I except full responsibility for the equipment and agreed to pay for any loss or damage caused to it, to the value of …………… the full cost of equipment. By signing this form I agree to pay the sum of £20 to Affordable Bouncy Castles if the equipment hired is in a unacceptable condition when returned i.e. if it is in a dirty or muddy state or if the inflatable is return wet, this fee is to cover the cost of cleaning.
